3. Pricing and Payment

Prices: All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) or the relevant currency and are subject to change without notice.

Payment: We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, UAE wallets (e.g., Tabby, Tamara), and other local payment methods available.

Custom Duties: Any applicable customs duties or taxes (for international shipments) are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Time: Delivery times depend on the customization and processing of your order. Typically, items are shipped within 7-10 business days after final confirmation.

Since all jewellery items are customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
