At Rings Out, we are committed to delivering your customized jewellery safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we handle shipping for your orders.

1. Processing Time

  • All of our jewellery items are custom-made and personalized to your specifications.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the processing and creation of your custom order.

  • Once your order is completed, we will ship it within 1–2 business days.

2. Shipping Time

  • Domestic Orders (Within UAE): We aim to deliver your order within 3–5 business days from the shipping date.

  • International Orders: Shipping times may vary based on the destination. Typically, international orders can take 7–14 business days depending on the country and customs processing.

Note: Delivery times are estimates, and external factors such as holidays, weather, or customs clearance can affect the delivery speed.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Domestic (UAE): Standard shipping is free for all orders within the UAE. Express shipping options may be available for an additional fee.

  • International: Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email or WhatsApp, so you can monitor your order’s progress.

  • For any tracking inquiries or issues, feel free to contact us via WhatsApp or email.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship to UAE and a selection of international destinations.

  • If your location is not supported, please contact us for assistance or possible solutions.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If the address is incorrect, please contact us immediately to make changes. We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address provided by the customer.

  • Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts: If the courier is unable to deliver your order due to reasons such as no one being available to receive the package, we may charge additional shipping fees for re-delivery.

7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)

  • For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties and taxes that may apply. These charges are outside of our control, and we cannot estimate or predict them.

  • If any customs issues arise during shipping, Rings Out is not responsible for delays or additional costs.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package (or expected delivery) and provide clear photos of the damage or missing items.

  • We will investigate the issue and offer you a replacement or refund based on the situation.

9. Changes to Shipping Policy

We may update our shipping policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
