Return & Refund Policy – Rings Out (UAE)

For Customized Jewellery Orders

At Rings Out, each piece is made uniquely for you. Since all our jewellery is custom-made, we follow a strict but fair return and refund policy to ensure quality and trust.

❌ No Return or Exchange

All our products are made-to-order and customized, so we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

• You received the wrong item, or

• The item arrived damaged

✅ In Case of Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item is damaged or incorrect:

• Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order

• Share clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue

• Include your order number and contact details

Once we verify the issue, we will offer:

• A replacement (free of charge), or

• A full refund, including delivery charges

⚠️ Refunds Will NOT Be Issued For:

• Change of mind after placing order

• Incorrect ring size or design provided by the customer

• Spelling mistakes submitted during order

• Any claim made after 24 hours of delivery

• Products without proper video/photo proof
